This is an excellent opportunity to learn staffing in an apprentice environment. Our Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates, and guiding them through our interview and onboarding process.
In this role, you will assist our Staffing Directors with:
- Administrative tasks related to identifying candidates including sorting, selection, and collecting resumes/profiles
- Scheduling video, telephone, and in-person interviews
- Screening candidates by phone
- Evaluating resumes
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
- Performing research as directed
- Creating candidate offers and onboarding
- Assist Staffing Directors with new job placements and timesheet collection
- Experienced with web-based research including social media
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and leverage relationships in a business setting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Windows applications
