Staffing and Recruiter Coordinator


This is an excellent opportunity to learn staffing in an apprentice environment. Our Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates, and guiding them through our interview and onboarding process.

In this role, you will assist our Staffing Directors with:

  • Administrative tasks related to identifying candidates including sorting, selection, and collecting resumes/profiles
  • Scheduling video, telephone, and in-person interviews
  • Screening candidates by phone
  • Evaluating resumes
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
  • Performing research as directed
  • Creating candidate offers and onboarding
  • Assist Staffing Directors with new job placements and timesheet collection


  • Experienced with web-based research including social media
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and leverage relationships in a business setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Windows applications
