In this edition of NAAEI’s Apartment Jobs Snapshot, employers posted more than 41,600 openings. Although the apartment market has begun to cool, job growth in the apartment industry is expected to outperform competing sectors by the end of 2022. Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle and Denver were the top-ranking markets for apartment job demand. Leasing and maintenance postings increased compared to last year. In contrast, property management job postings fell by 1.1 percentage points.
